Built to remove the work nobody was hired to do.
Meridian is the AI automation and software engineering practice of Auverant Solutions Ltd. We exist for one reason: to help organisations replace manual process with intelligent systems, and to be able to prove the difference in numbers.
Why we set this up separately.
Auverant Solutions has spent years advising organisations on the technology decisions that are expensive to reverse. Again and again, the same finding appeared in the diagnostic: the cost was not in the systems the client had bought. It was in the human glue holding them together — the re-keying, the chasing, the checking, the weekly export into a spreadsheet nobody trusted.
That work rarely appears on a balance sheet, but it sets the ceiling on what an organisation can handle without hiring. It also tends to be invisible to the people paying for it, because the individuals doing it are usually the most conscientious in the business, quietly absorbing the friction rather than reporting it.
Meridian was formed to attack that layer directly, with a delivery team rather than a recommendation. We combine three disciplines that are usually sold separately — process consulting, software engineering, and applied AI — because the interesting problems sit exactly where they meet. A workflow diagram without engineers becomes a report. Engineers without process work automate a bad process faster.
We work with SMEs, startups, agencies and enterprise operators across the nine sectors listed on this site. Engagements begin at £1,200 for a targeted integration and run to full transformation programmes. What does not change with size is the method: measure the process before touching it, agree a single number, fix the price, ship in weeks, and hand over something the client owns outright.
We take the name from the line our parent firm draws through its own work — a fixed reference you can navigate by. That is the standard we hold ourselves to: not the cleverest system, but the one an organisation can still rely on in five years, run without us, and point to as the reason a number moved.
Six principles we don’t trade away.
Discover, strategy, build, deploy, optimise.
The same sequence every time, whether the engagement is a single integration or a two-year programme. It is deliberately unglamorous, and it is the reason our delivery dates hold.
Automation is not interesting because it is clever. It is interesting because a business can suddenly take on twice the volume without asking anyone to work later. That is the only claim we are willing to make, and we would rather measure it than assert it.
